Gold over Sterling Cross with Heart and Crystal

This is a lovely 18kt gold over sterling silver cross. Medal size is  2.40 cm in length.  The center of the cross has a sterling shaped heart  and is decorated with a genuine Austrian Crystal. It comes with 18" gold plated chain and deluxe gift box.
